Following approval, Silvergate Rancho Santa Fe is set to be constructed in the elegant Spanish Colonial architectural style. It will mirror the prestigious nature of the Rancho Santa Fe community. The design of this community is inspired by the renowned Master Architect Lilian Rice. She has designed several iconic local buildings, such as the RSF Golf Club and the Rancho Santa Fe Inn. We believe this infuses a sense of historical richness and architectural integrity into the project.
A comprehensive beautification and screening strategy is underway, utilizing a generous setback along Villa de la Valle and Calzada del Bosque to minimize the visibility of structures from the road. Charming single-story cottages will line the property’s edge, offering an additional layer of concealment for the two-story apartment building strategically positioned in the property’s northern area, ensuring it remains discreetly out of sight.
